Sales Consultant – PC Akropolis, Vilnius (Full-time)

About the role

Join the H&M team at PC Akropolis in Vilnius as a full‑time Sales Consultant. You will be the front‑line representative of the brand, creating a flawless shopping experience for every customer who walks through the doors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, helping them navigate the store and locate products.
• Share fashion knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the back‑room, ensuring a tidy and inviting environment.
• Support opening and closing routines, including cash handling and store presentation.
• Collaborate with teammates and the wider Area team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or a related retail sector.
• Passion for fashion and a desire to help customers express their personal style.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Flexibility, initiative and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Basic proficiency in Lithuanian (minimum A2 level).
