Key responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities by connecting with decision‑makers across various industries, researching prospects, understanding their needs and tailoring approaches to introduce international payment and FX solutions.
• Present, negotiate and close deals, directly impacting earnings and career progression.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new clients enjoy a smooth onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, highly motivated recent graduate.
• Desire or experience in B2B sales or a client‑facing environment.
• No prior FX experience required; potential is prioritized.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and strong business‑level English.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and global trade.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a drive to hit ambitious targets.
