Sales Development Representative – Lithuania

About the role

Airwallex is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand its growth engine in Lithuania. You will work closely with the SME Account Executive team to qualify leads, nurture prospects, and build a robust sales pipeline for our global payments platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high‑value prospects through outbound outreach and inbound lead review.
• Move qualified leads through the funnel, schedule meetings, and hand them off to sales colleagues.
• Collaborate with marketing to design product‑led campaigns and tailor outreach strategies.
• Contribute to the development of demand‑generation processes, value‑proposition articulation, and sales enablement assets.
• Track performance metrics and continuously refine outreach tactics.
