Sales Development Representative (Mid - Senior)

About the role

Oxylabs is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its growing sales team in Vilnius. You will work with a global customer base, applying modern sales techniques to generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research strategic accounts, identify key buyer personas and generate interest through cold discovery calls, email and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Run, monitor and continuously improve outbound outreach campaigns using a data‑driven sales methodology.
• Work closely with prospects from initial contact to qualification, booking quality meetings for Account Executives.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of Oxylabs’ products and how they solve customer challenges.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales within the technology sector.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, relentlessness and ability to see the big picture while listening to others.

Required skills

• Experience with outbound sales processes, cold emailing and calling.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Mixmax/Apollo/Salesloft, GSuite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ocean.io and n8n.
