Sales Director

About the role

As Sales Director, you will define and execute Balticsofa's sales strategy, drive profitable growth and strengthen long-term customer partnerships across new markets. You will lead and align Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, Pricing and Marketing activities, ensuring strong commercial execution and effective cross‑functional cooperation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy and annual sales plans.
• Own sales revenue and profitability in line with company targets and budget.
• Strengthen long‑term relationships with existing customers and develop new business.
• Set competitive, profitable pricing and customer offers.
• Drive product development and structured product cost optimisation.
• Set marketing strategy and ensure delivery of agreed objectives.
• Manage customer and product portfolios and align Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, Pricing and Marketing.
• Organise sales‑related processes, set short‑ and long‑term goals and monitor performance.
• Build, motivate and develop the team, ensuring clear goals and effective leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of departmental processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or customer relationship management.
• Proven experience in developing new markets.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships.
• Preferably experience from the furniture, interiors, manufacturing or another relevant B2B industry.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
• Strong understanding of the product development process.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English.
• Leadership and effective communication competencies.

What we offer

• Home office based in Vilnius, Žarijų str. 4A.
• Salary range 7,000‑8,000 EUR gross, negotiable based on qualifications.
