Sales Manager – B2B (Klaipėda)

About the role

FLEXITGO, a fast‑growing international provider of qualified industrial insulation and anchorage installation services across Europe, is looking for a Sales Manager to join its Klaipėda office. You will be responsible for expanding the client base and driving B2B sales in the industrial, construction and engineering sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business clients and projects.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations.
• Manage sales opportunities within the CRM system.
• Conduct market analysis and contribute to sales strategy development.
• Collaborate with project management and operations teams.
• Represent the company at meetings and industry events throughout Europe.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or client‑management experience.
• Ability to build long‑term business relationships and independently manage the sales process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Klaipėda and travel across Europe.
• Experience in industrial, construction or engineering sectors and additional European language skills are a plus.
