Sales Manager – B2B Tax Compliance Solutions

About the role

Join 1stopVAT, a fast‑growing tax compliance startup, to drive B2B sales of automated VAT/GST solutions for e‑commerce and SaaS clients worldwide. You will work from a modern office in Vilnius while building a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and assigned leads end‑to‑end, assess each business’s VAT/GST exposure and provide tailored advice.
• Prospect outbound leads and develop referral partnerships with accountants, agencies and startup communities.
• Prepare customized proposals and manage the full sales cycle to signed agreements, involving the tax team on complex cases.
• Represent 1stopVAT at global e‑commerce and SaaS events, expanding your network and pipeline.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and deal status in the CRM, reporting against monthly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably consultative with outbound prospecting.
• Working knowledge of VAT/GST concepts or strong willingness to learn quickly; tax, accounting or finance background is a plus.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and explaining technical topics simply; e‑commerce knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluent English, comfortable using CRM tools and meeting sales targets.
