About the role
Holt Renfrew is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its cosmetics team. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a high‑performing, engaged workforce in a luxury retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales and customer service targets for the assigned area.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top talent.
- Lead, motivate, and retain a high‑performing sales team.
- Collaborate with other store managers to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain health and safety standards and oversee the Designated Sales Associate/Consultant program.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance; manage performance improvement plans.
- Develop and grow an active client base through loyalty and relationship programs.
- Serve as manager‑in‑charge when required and uphold merchandise presentation standards.
- Analyze inventory performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Manage payroll expenses while ensuring appropriate coverage.
Required profile
- 5+ years of supervisory experience with a proven record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive change.
- Experience in luxury retail sales preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and employee development skills.
