Sales Manager – Direct-to-Can Digital Printing

About the role

Anybatch is launching a platform for direct‑to‑can digital printing and labels for beverage brands. As a Sales Manager you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help build the customer base across Northern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire beverage brands that can benefit from digital can printing or labels.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from initial contact through signed contracts.
• Translate customer needs into tailored proposals and lead contract negotiations.
• Represent Anybatch at trade shows, festivals, and industry events.
• Collaborate with production and leadership to relay market feedback and shape commercial strategy.
• Develop sales processes and materials as an early commercial hire.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, print, FMCG/CPG, or the beverage sector.
• Experience in client or key‑account management with beverage brands.
• Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch in an early‑stage company.
• Strong communicator capable of explaining technical production concepts to brand owners and buyers.
• Existing network or familiarity with the beverage industry in Northern Europe is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and trade shows.
• Fluent English; additional Baltic or Nordic languages are a plus.
