Sales Manager – Polish Market (Telematics)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B efforts in the Polish market. Based in Vilnius, you will promote Teltonika’s telematics and GPS tracking solutions to logistics, agriculture, car‑sharing, construction and other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in Poland.
• Generate new business through cold calling, presentations and relationship building.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate and close contracts to meet sales targets.
• Represent Teltonika at exhibitions and meetings abroad.
• Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate client data using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven B2B sales experience.
• Fluent Polish and strong English communication skills.
• Interest in technology, IoT and telematics products.
• Self‑motivated, organized and results‑driven.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
