Sales Manager – Telematics (Caucasus)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to expand Teltonika’s telematics business in the Caucasus region. You will promote GPS tracking solutions for fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing and construction, while developing your B2B sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to market research and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers through cold calling and presentations.
• Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.
• Represent Teltonika at exhibitions and meetings abroad.
• Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to fulfil customer requirements.
• Use CRM systems to record client information and track activities.

Required profile

• Fluency in Lithuanian and Russian, both spoken and written.
• Organized, results‑oriented and motivated by challenges.
• Ambitious attitude to generate strong earnings in foreign markets.
• Willingness to travel abroad regularly.
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales with proven results (preferred).
