Sales Manager (Terminal Services)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the growth of our terminal services, handling cargo loading, unloading, warehousing and product labelling for B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients.
• Sell terminal services, including cargo loading, unloading, warehousing and product labelling.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate prices and terms.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract signing.
• Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B sales.
• Proactive and results‑oriented approach.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop new business and build long‑term client relationships.
• Good understanding of logistics processes and the transport market.
• Knowledge of the Central Asian market (advantage).
• Experience in rail freight sales (advantage).

Required skills

• Good computer skills.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Good working knowledge of Russian.
