Sales Operations Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

As a Sales Operations Manager with French language skills, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of European customers, ensuring high‑quality service and driving revenue growth for a leading logistics provider.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a dedicated customer portfolio across Europe.
• Provide professional support via phone, email and chat, handling shipment tracking, delivery times, contracts and logistics queries.
• Identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Negotiate and optimise agreements in line with market conditions and company goals.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and legal teams to resolve transportation issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and work with CRM and internal systems.
• Monitor market trends, analyse performance data and contribute to revenue and shipment targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, sales or account management, preferably in international logistics.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with data.
• High attention to detail and responsibility.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Higher education degree.
