Sales & Purchasing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Sales & Purchasing Assistant to support our commercial teams in Vilnius. This full‑time, on‑site position will help streamline daily operations, allowing managers to focus on client relationships, supplier negotiations, and business growth. The role is ideal for an organized, detail‑oriented individual eager to gain hands‑on experience in international B2B wholesale trade.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Sales and Purchasing managers with routine commercial tasks.
• Prepare, update, and maintain product offers, stock lists, price lists, and other commercial documents.
• Collect, verify, and structure information on products, pricing, availability, supplier proposals, and client requirements.
• Communicate with international clients, suppliers, and internal teams as needed.
• Update CRM, Excel spreadsheets, and internal systems with accurate data.
• Follow up on offers, requests, missing information, and pending replies.
• Help create tailored product proposals for B2B customers.
• Support data entry, document preparation, and administrative tasks related to sales, purchasing, and trade.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; Lithuanian language skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Interest in international trade, cosmetics, perfumes, FMCG, or luxury goods.
