Sales Representative – IT Solutions

About the role

Mediafon Datapro is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to promote its high‑performance database and process automation solutions across international markets. You will work with public and private sector clients, driving the full sales cycle for IT and telecommunications projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe and other target regions within the IT and telecommunications sectors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: promote solutions, analyse client needs, prepare tailored proposals, participate in RFPs and public tenders, and close deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with public and private sector clients while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging technologies; represent the company at industry events.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and support the execution of the overall sales strategy.

Required profile

• A degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Proven B2B and B2G sales experience in the IT or telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of international business environments and consultative sales approaches.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (B2–C1) and willingness to travel internationally as required.
