Sales Representative

About the role

Arctic Adventures is seeking a Sales Representative to join its Custom Sales team in Vilnius. You will design and sell private, customized itineraries for travelers, travel agents, and corporate clients who want to explore Iceland.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to daily customer inquiries via phone and email, providing the first point of contact.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to create tailored itineraries.
• Calculate accurate pricing and ensure competitive offers.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to confirm and deliver travel plans.
• Suggest process improvements to increase sales efficiency.
• Monitor the workplace one weekend per month for any unforeseen issues.

Required profile

• Interest in travel and a willingness to learn about Iceland.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or tourism is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude and ability to make decisions independently.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple inquiries and deadlines.
• Curious, open‑minded, and problem‑solving mindset.
