Sales Representative

About the role

Join a historic Japanese pet‑food brand as a Sales Representative in Lithuania. You will help expand the market presence, build relationships with customers, and represent a well‑known international brand.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers by selling products and meeting their needs across Lithuania.
• Visit existing and potential sales outlets, plan daily schedules and maintain activity reports.
• Monitor competition, gather market information on pricing, new products and merchandising.
• Resolve customer complaints, develop solutions and report recommendations.
• Promote products at events such as expos, dog or cat shows.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, people‑oriented and motivated to grow a sales career.
• Experience in sales, retail or customer‑facing roles (FMCG or pet industry a plus).
• Fluent in Lithuanian; English knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence for travel within Lithuania.
• Passion for pets and animal well‑being.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
