Sales Specialist - Ocean & Air Freight

About the role

AsstrA, an international logistics company with over 30 years of experience and offices in 23 countries, is looking for a Sales Specialist in its Vilnius office. You will actively acquire and develop clients in the ocean and air freight segment, build on your existing customer portfolio in the Baltic region and offer tailored logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and develop new clients in the Ocean & Air segment and expand the customer portfolio in the Baltic region
• Use leads from sales lists, CRM and other sources to drive targeted sales
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored ocean, air and intermodal logistics solutions
• Negotiate deals, prepare commercial offers and maintain contracts and payment terms
• Take part in tenders with internal teams and register/manage customer requests in CRM/OTM
• Monitor customer satisfaction and KPI results, and provide monthly forecasts and portfolio reports
• Work closely with operational teams, tender specialists, KAMs and other sales colleagues

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in Ocean Freight sales
• Existing customer portfolio in the Baltic market
• Air Freight sales experience is an advantage
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English; Russian is a plus
• Proactive, responsible and goal-oriented, able to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• CRM usage for managing customer requests and leads
