Sales Support Assistant

About the role

Essity is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Sales Support Assistant to join its Baltic team in Vilnius. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, sales and marketing teams, distributors and internal stakeholders to support commercial operations, reporting and customer engagement across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Coordinate communication and order administration with distributors and the Sales & Marketing teams.
• Search, review and support tender opportunities, matching product offerings to distributor needs.
• Organise internal and external conferences, customer meetings and client visits, handling travel, accommodation and payment coordination.
• Manage customer communication tools, event invitations and engagement activities.
• Gather, analyse and report business information using Power BI, CRM, Excel and other systems.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and maintain customer records in CRM.
• Support supplier and vendor administration, including purchase order processing and invoice approvals.

Required profile

• Strong business understanding with a commercial and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with data.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to take ownership of tasks and processes.
• Effective communication in both Lithuanian and English, written and verbal.
• Enjoys collaborating with cross‑functional teams and building positive relationships.
