Sales Team Leader – Retail Stores

About the role

Tele2 is looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage private‑client sales teams across its retail salons in the Vilnius region. You will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction and the company’s results through effective team development and store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and motivate a team of at least five sales associates.
• Ensure smooth daily operation of retail salons, including customer service and sales processes.
• Drive sales performance and achieve customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with other Tele2 departments to maintain clear communication and execute joint projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in telecommunications.
• Leadership experience managing a team of 5+ people.
• Strong interest in technology and telecom market trends.
• Willingness to take personal responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s licence, own car, and clean criminal record.
