Salesforce Solution Architect – Global Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions for global Accenture projects with prestigious clients. The role combines technical leadership, project management and effective communication to ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with the overall technology roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams and other architects to design and implement Salesforce solutions that satisfy business needs.
• Design solutions that align with the overall architecture and technology roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Review code and guide developers to maintain quality and scalability.
• Share platform expertise, stay up‑to‑date with Salesforce developments and leverage new features.
• Work with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope and quality.
• Create proof‑of‑concepts for clients and drive solution meetings.
• Establish and enforce governance policies to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its features, functionalities and integrations.
• Experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce certifications: Technical Architect, Application Architect or System Architect.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent.
