About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative / Parts Supplier to join our team in Kaunas. You will support both internal and external customers by ensuring the right automotive parts are available, ordered, received and distributed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist external and internal clients in purchasing automotive parts.
• Guarantee timely availability of required parts for all customers.
• Monitor stock levels, spare parts and overall inventory.
• Achieve defined warehouse performance indicators.
• Coordinate return procedures and manage related documentation.
• Prepare parts for the next day’s scheduled truck repairs.
• Source and deliver parts from local suppliers.

Required profile

• Higher education or equivalent, preferably technical.
• Relevant experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
• Excellent customer service following company standards.
• Proficiency in English; Russian language skills are a plus.
• Attention to detail, honesty and the ability to work shift schedules.
