About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure orderly parts accounting, smooth process organization, and daily warehouse upkeep for Bentley service operations. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, clarity, and responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods and verify quantity and quality.
• Complete documentation and enter data into the Warehouse Management System.
• Sort and systematically place items according to established order.
• Control inventory: track balances, identify missing parts, and initiate orders.
• Prepare and issue parts to service technicians, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.
• Plan preliminary parts demand based on service schedules and vehicle models.
• Collaborate with the service manager and technicians on part specifications and alternatives.
• Assist with technical queries to guarantee correct part selection.
• Maintain physical warehouse layout, keep zones organized, and optimize space.
• Conduct regular inventory counts.

Required profile

• Responsible attitude with the ability to independently organize daily tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of order.
• Capability to work in a dynamic environment and respond quickly to service needs.
• Clear communication skills with technicians and administrative staff.
• Proficiency in English.
• B‑category driver’s licence.
• Basic understanding of automotive parts or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
