About the role

The Warehouse Receiving Group Manager will lead the team responsible for organizing and coordinating the receipt of goods, ensuring accurate accounting, quality control, and smooth warehouse operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining inventory integrity and supporting the overall supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate the entire goods receiving process.
• Ensure accurate goods entry, accounting, and quality control.
• Coordinate activities of the receiving warehouse and manage discrepancies.
• Lead, organise, and monitor the performance of the receiving team.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and supplier documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of goods receiving, accounting, and quality control processes.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, supplier documentation management, and workplace safety.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Leadership skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a standard schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday‑Friday.
