SAP Program Director – Global Business & Tech Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to lead a large‑scale, global business transformation and SAP S/4HANA implementation. The role oversees both business and technology workstreams, coordinating internal teams, a System Integrator and multiple third‑party vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA transformation program across multiple countries and functions.
• Develop and maintain an integrated program plan, manage milestones, dependencies and the critical path.
• Drive execution across business, technology, manufacturing, operations and supply‑chain workstreams.
• Manage program risks, issues, escalations and provide regular status reporting to executive leadership.
• Serve as the primary client representative for System Integrators and vendors, overseeing contracts, deliverables and performance.
• Mentor project managers, business leads and PMO resources, ensuring governance, metrics and controls are in place.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in regulated industries.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex ERP implementations, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• Extensive experience managing global, cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Master’s degree required; MBA, Engineering or PhD preferred.

• PMP certification (highly preferred).
