SAP VIM Specialist – Finance Operations (Nordic)

About the role

The SAP VIM Specialist will provide functional day‑to‑day support for SAP VIM in S/4HANA across the Nordic countries. You will monitor critical job runs, resolve incidents, and contribute to minor enhancements while collaborating with solution architects, product owners and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support to end‑users for invoice processing, period‑end closing and mass data maintenance.
• Monitor critical job runs, communicate findings and drive prompt issue resolution.
• Take ownership of tickets, incidents and service requests in line with agreed OLAs.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, document results and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Design configurations, execute unit testing (UT) and system integration testing (SIT).
• Support larger‑scale projects by contributing to documentation, configuration, testing, training and UAT.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SAP S/4HANA functional experience in VIM, with secondary knowledge of SAP FICO and Asset Accounting.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and service‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility to handle critical incidents outside regular hours.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
