Scheduling Manager – Rail Baltica Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to support the Rail Baltica electrification project in Vilnius. The role ensures accurate planning, schedule control and proactive monitoring within a complex engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide planning support across all project execution phases, monitoring performance against baseline schedules.
• Implement and maintain planning processes and procedures in line with project requirements.
• Update schedules regularly and develop non‑standard schedules as needed.
• Analyse critical issues, identify mitigation plans and report schedule risks and opportunities.
• Identify critical paths and support performance assessment using Earned Value Management principles.
• Drive process improvements in planning and scheduling methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in scheduling roles on large‑scale infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and ability to analyse complex schedules and performance data.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 (or equivalent scheduling tool).
• Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
