Senior Account Manager – PSP Partnerships

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international payment service provider as a Senior Account Manager focused on Payment Service Provider (PSP) partnerships. You will build long‑term relationships, drive revenue growth and ensure successful joint initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key PSP partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Analyse existing partnerships to uncover opportunities for increased revenue and higher margins.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including discounts and referral agreements, with PSPs.
• Create and execute joint development plans and referral programmes with partners.
• Track partnership performance, identify improvement areas and drive proactive actions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner‑related initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Partnerships or a similar client‑facing role.
• Previous experience in FinTech, Payments or directly with PSPs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• English (minimum B2) and Russian (minimum C1) language proficiency.
