Senior Accountant – Global Compliance & Reporting

About the role

Join our Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team – be a vital pillar for financial integrity, providing comprehensive accounting solutions, and helping businesses to maneuver through complex compliance obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the accounting and financial reporting processes for our clients: AR, AP, fixed asset, GL accounting.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepare management and other financial reports, and assist clients with budgets and financial performance oversight.
• Prepare tax returns.
• Delegate tasks and supervise a team of 2‑3 people.
• Maintain long‑term collaborative and profitable relationships with our clients.

Required profile

• Professional experience in an accounting position.
• University degree in business, economics, accounting, finance or a related field.
• Experience in delegating and managing a team.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and proficient in English.
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
