Senior Accountant – Record to Report (R2R)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a fast‑growing international technology company in Lithuania. The role focuses on Record‑to‑Report (R2R) and General Ledger (GL) accounting, delivering accurate financial statements under Lithuanian GAAP and IFRS.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily and monthly GL processing for assigned entities.
• Prepare financial accounts in accordance with Lithuanian GAAP or IFRS as required.
• Support and continuously improve the month‑end close process.
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare audit documentation.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing R2R and accounting processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in GL or R2R accounting, preferably in a scale‑up environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian GAAP and IFRS.
• Accounting degree or professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CPA.
• Proactive, reliable, with good communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
