Senior Analyst – SAR Team

About the role

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Analyst for its SAR team to conduct thorough investigations of financial crimes, including money laundering and fraud, and to file suspicious activity reports.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately investigate and document financial crime cases, assessing regulatory risk across multiple jurisdictions.
• Review transactions and open‑source materials to determine reportable predicate offenses and prepare clear narrative reports.
• Support the project team through continuous learning and knowledge sharing while exercising judgment on sensitive casework.
• Follow established protocols to protect customer financial information and adhere to company and client policies.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in AML compliance.
• Fluent spoken and written English with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high‑quality output.
• Professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
