Senior Consultant – Funding Applications & Project Advisory

About the role

Join PwC’s State aid team as a Senior Consultant, helping clients secure and manage EU and national funding to drive innovation and sustainability. You will combine research, strategic advice, and cutting‑edge technology to deliver high‑quality funding proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse EU and national funding programmes to match client objectives.
• Draft clear, compliant project applications tailored to specific calls.
• Leverage market data, industry trends and statistics to strengthen proposal feasibility.
• Provide data‑driven strategic advice to clients throughout the funding landscape.
• Manage the full funding application lifecycle, ensuring timely submissions.
• Utilise PwC’s automation, AI and other technological solutions to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Excellent storytelling and communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• 3‑5 years of experience preparing funding applications and investment projects, including financial forecasts and feasibility assessments.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with a willingness to develop innovative technology solutions.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail in data collection, interpretation and financial projection.
• Familiarity with European financial instruments (e.g., ESIF, Horizon Europe) is a plus.
