Senior Consultant in Cyber Security Incident Management

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Cyber Incident Management practice. You will help clients address critical cybersecurity incidents, strengthen their cyber resilience, and align their response capabilities with regulatory requirements such as the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client processes and procedures to identify cyber‑risk exposures and recommend control mechanisms.
• Coordinate and lead response efforts during cybersecurity incidents.
• Conduct independent assessments to verify DORA compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, auditors, legal teams and regulators on investigations of breaches, data manipulation and system compromises.
• Identify new value‑creation opportunities for clients together with senior team members.
• Delegate tasks and supervise junior consultants.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in cybersecurity or digital operational resilience.
• Strong understanding of security threats, vulnerabilities and incident‑response methodologies.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and supervise junior staff.
• Fluent in both Lithuanian and English (spoken and written).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP) and experience in the financial‑services sector are a plus.
