Senior Consultant in Deals

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Deals team and support clients throughout the full transaction process. You will work within Transaction Services, contributing to valuation and corporate finance projects while performing financial due diligence for corporate and private‑equity clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence, valuation and M&A analyses across multiple industries.
• Analyse financial performance, identify key business drivers and assess transaction risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support deal execution and collaborate with other teams on financial analysis.
• Coach and guide junior colleagues throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, audit, due diligence, corporate finance or a related field.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business or a similar discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, flexible and confident approach to client work.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CFA are a plus.
