Senior Customer Success Manager – Europe

About the role

We are expanding into the European market and need a Senior Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with our European customers. The role is remote and works CET hours, acting as a strategic advisor to help customers maximize the value of RemotePass’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring smooth transition and rapid adoption.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner.
• Serve as primary contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues swiftly.
• Monitor account health, identify enhancement opportunities, and drive retention and growth.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver exceptional experiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or related role, preferably in EOR, HR‑Tech, Payroll or Global Employment platforms.
• Proven track record owning the full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Analytical mindset to gather insights from data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment and work CET hours remotely.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with HR/Payroll/Global Employment solutions.
