Senior Data Engineer

About the role

Everwest is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design and build scalable data solutions that empower teams to make data‑driven decisions. You will work remotely, collaborating with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to turn messy data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data models using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and modern data‑stack tools.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, versioning, access controls and data quality checks to ensure trustworthy, secure data.
• Set up data observability, monitoring and alerting to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources while guaranteeing performance, reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• Proven experience building production‑grade data pipelines and solutions for large, complex datasets.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT processes, data integration and data modeling.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, data lakes and lakehouse architectures.
• Understanding of data governance, security, access management and data quality best practices.
