Senior Electronics Engineer – Security Systems

About the role

Teltonika Security Systems develops advanced electronic devices for home, commercial, and automotive security, ranging from wireless sensors and alarm panels with eSIM to automotive systems with CAN/LIN integration. The team tackles engineering challenges from concept through schematic design to mass production.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the product development process from concept to mass‑production readiness.
• Design printed circuit boards (PCBs) and create electronic schematics using Altium Designer.
• Analyze existing solutions and initiate new product and technical solution development.
• Collaborate with software developers, manufacturing engineers, and specialists from other fields.
• Assess technical risks, find optimal solutions, and ensure their implementation.
• Provide hands‑on involvement in electronics design and problem‑solving tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Experience with Altium Designer.
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuits with practical hands‑on experience.
• Proven track record developing electronics products from schematic and PCB design through prototyping to mass‑production preparation.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
• Practical soldering and prototype‑assembly skills.
• Capability to independently analyze problems, make technical decisions, and take responsibility for results.
