Senior Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to lead equipment and system maintenance processes, ensuring they meet both customer expectations and regulatory standards. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high quality across all maintenance activities within a cutting‑edge biologics manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversight of all maintenance activities and establishment of maintenance plans.
• Management of maintenance tasks within the eQMS system.
• Writing and reviewing SOPs, URS documents, protocols and specifications.
• Supervising contractors during equipment installation and maintenance.
• Participating in regulatory inspections and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Required profile

• University degree in electrical, mechanical or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a GMP environment.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/GxP).
• Fluent in Lithuanian and good command of English.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts is preferred.

Required skills

• Equipment maintenance in GMP settings.
• Proficiency with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
• Development and review of SOPs, URS, protocols and specifications.
• Understanding of computerized systems in regulated environments.
• Good command of MS Office and basic IT skills.
