Senior Event Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Senior Event Marketing Manager at Oxylabs, you will lead the planning and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, meetups, hackathons, and webinars. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful event experiences for top‑tier clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Event Marketing Managers, Video Production, Developers, Content, Design, Accounting, and Commercial teams to execute event marketing strategies.
• Plan and manage Oxylabs’ events from concept to on‑site or online execution.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, monitor progress and results, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end communication with speakers, including research, contact, preparation, rehearsals, and logistics.
• Research and coordinate event suppliers, freelancers, services, and logistics locally and internationally.
• Create event marketing content such as briefs, landing pages, agendas, emails, and technical scripts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing or event production.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure situations.
