Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Union Asset Management is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its team in Lithuania. This full‑time, on‑site position will support strategic financial planning, reporting and investment performance analysis for the firm’s institutional and high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, interpret statements and support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities.
• Conduct variance and trend analysis, evaluate investment performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Consolidate financial data from multiple sources, ensure data accuracy and maintain robust financial models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, present findings to senior leadership and contribute to risk and performance assessments.
• Assist in the budgeting process and continuously improve financial modelling tools and methodologies.

Required profile

• Strong finance and financial planning background with experience in budgeting, forecasting and investment analysis.
• Advanced analytical abilities and solid understanding of financial statements for performance and risk evaluation.
• Experience preparing management reports and supporting regulatory or stakeholder reporting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are considered an asset.
• Experience in asset management or capital markets is beneficial.

Required skills

• Financial modelling expertise.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools or analytical software (e.g., Power BI).
