Senior Frontend Developer

About the role

Join the District GenAI squad to build trustworthy AI experiences for corporate banking clients. You will shape the user experience for AI features in the District platform, helping corporate customers and employees interact with cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible front‑ends for AI features used by corporate customers and employees.
• Design AI interactions such as streaming responses, chat, source citations and human review.
• Collaborate with design, backend, and data‑science teams on RAG and agentic features built on AWS and Amazon Bedrock.
• Ensure products meet the security, compliance, and accessibility standards required by a bank.

Required profile

• Strong front‑end experience with TypeScript and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Proven experience building production GenAI applications (chat, streaming, tool calling, or RAG).
• Ability to create trustworthy AI UX with clear progress indicators, approval flows, and handling of failure states.
• Understanding of GenAI security risks such as prompt injection and sensitive data exposure.
