Senior FX Sales Executive

About the role

Ebury is seeking a Senior FX Sales Executive to join its Vilnius office. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Ebury's footprint in Lithuania by identifying and acquiring new corporate clients and driving revenue through foreign exchange and international payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target international operating companies in the local market to build a robust client database.
• Create, develop and manage new business opportunities across multiple channels, collaborating with senior sales leadership.
• Onboard new clients, cross‑sell additional services to existing accounts, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Report sales progress and work closely with the wider team to align strategies and achieve targets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record selling FX or international payment solutions.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
• Strong understanding of the SME and Mid‑cap sectors.
• Flexible mindset with a sense of urgency suited to a fast‑paced culture.
