Senior FX Sales Executive

About the role

Ebury is seeking a motivated Senior FX Sales Executive to drive growth in Lithuania by targeting international operating companies and expanding our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new companies to build a client database.
• Create, develop and manage new business opportunities, working alongside senior sales leadership.
• Onboard new clients and cross‑sell to existing clients while delivering high‑level customer service.
• Collaborate with the wider team and report on sales progress.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales or relationship‑management experience, preferably in B2B.
• Proven track record selling FX or international payment solutions.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
• Understanding of SME and Mid‑cap sectors and a flexible, urgent mindset.
