Senior Golang Engineer

About the role

Join Everwest’s Cargo Delivery Platform team to build event‑driven, scalable services that connect business, carriers, customers and systems across Europe and China. As a Senior Golang Engineer you will own features from design through production, ensuring reliability and performance in a high‑impact logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core platform logic using Go.
• Design, build and support RESTful APIs for internal and external integration.
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions, shaping integration patterns.
• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, guaranteeing long‑term reliability.
• Uphold high code quality through automated testing, peer reviews and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Golang with production‑grade backend experience.
• Proficient in enterprise architectures such as CQRS, event‑driven or microservice patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with microservices, distributed systems, debugging and tracing.
• Experience with AWS, containerization and CI/CD automation.
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases, schema design and query optimisation.
