Senior Google Ads specialist (-ė)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Google Ads specialist to design, execute and optimise paid‑search campaigns for our largest and most strategic agency clients. You will work autonomously, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help shape best‑practice processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Google Ads strategies for high‑value clients.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Search, Demand‑Gen, Performance Max, YouTube and Shopping campaigns.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and present recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, including server‑side tagging and enhanced conversions.
• Collaborate with analytics, SEO, creative and project‑management teams.
• Contribute to the creation of best‑practice documentation and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
• Proven track record of building successful campaigns from scratch and managing medium to large budgets.
• Strong understanding of Search, Demand‑Gen, Performance Max, YouTube and, preferably, Shopping campaign mechanics.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and conversion‑tracking concepts.
• Ability to analyse data, make data‑driven decisions and understand attribution challenges.
• Self‑starter who can solve complex problems independently.
