Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape holistic visual approaches for our marketing campaigns and content formats. You will elevate existing creative standards while driving innovation through AI‑supported visual ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop visual concepts that redefine campaign aesthetics.
• Translate complex briefs into high‑impact visual assets.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate ideas, even with incomplete specifications.
• Build and scale AI‑supported visual ecosystems and advanced prompting strategies.
• Identify and solve previously infeasible requirements using generative AI.
• Maintain brand consistency while evolving the visual language.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in visual communication, typography and design systems.
• Deep knowledge of scalable content structures such as templates and modular systems.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools.
• Proven expertise in generative AI tools and prompt‑engineering for design.
• Strong understanding of cross‑channel communication throughout the customer journey.
• High willingness to learn and mentor teammates.
