Senior Heat Production & Supply Engineer / Project Section Lead

About the role

Join Sweco’s engineering team as a Senior Heat Production & Supply Engineer and lead a project section focused on designing and delivering sustainable heating solutions for large‑scale, mixed‑use developments in Lithuania and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Design heat generation and distribution systems, including heat points, boiler houses, geothermal plants, heat networks, and cooling/compressed‑air installations.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary project teams to align technical solutions with project goals.
• Ensure the quality of your own work and that of colleagues, meeting deadlines and technical standards.
• Oversee the execution and technical supervision of assigned project parts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering (mechanical, energy, or related field).
• 3–7 years of experience in heat production and supply project preparation.
• Certificate of qualification for managing special building project sections.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Personal traits: openness to change, pro‑activity, teamwork, and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoDesk Plant 3D.
• Experience using DesignBuilder.
• Familiarity with AutoPipe.
