Senior Indirect Tax Consultant

About the role

Join PwC’s Indirect Tax team in Vilnius as a Senior Indirect Tax Consultant. You will work with large Lithuanian and international companies, delivering VAT and other indirect tax solutions while helping clients manage tax risks and identify savings opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tax memoranda, rulings and submissions to the Lithuanian Tax Authorities.
• Participate in tax reviews, due‑diligence projects and compliance engagements.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities for savings for major corporate clients.
• Support client relationship development and assist in proposal preparation.
• Engage in continuous professional development within the global PwC network.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in indirect tax consulting, in‑house tax, or a related tax role.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with excellent written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both spoken and written.
• Relevant university degree in finance, economics, law, accounting or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of VAT and indirect tax regulations.
• Experience preparing tax memoranda and rulings.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian tax compliance procedures.
