Senior Legal Officer - Corporate Secretarial

About the role

Citco is seeking a Senior Legal Officer to join its Corporate Secretarial team. You will manage a portfolio of multinational clients, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide high‑quality corporate governance support across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the assigned client portfolio, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of client activities in various jurisdictions.
• Support clients with legal queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist during life‑cycle events of client companies.
• Lead and coordinate board meetings and operational calls for client entities.
• Provide regular performance and operational updates to clients and senior management.
• Communicate with clients, tax advisors, lawyers, notaries, government bodies and Citco offices worldwide.
• Prepare and review corporate legal documentation such as minutes, deeds, resolutions and agreements.

Required profile

• Graduate in business and/or corporate law with 2‑3 years post‑qualification experience in a corporate services provider or law firm.
• Highly organized, accurate, self‑motivated and able to take ownership of a client portfolio.
• Effective both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and coordinating with account managers.
• Client‑focused, service‑oriented with a dynamic approach.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
