Senior Market Strategy & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Fever is looking for a Senior Market Strategy & Partnerships Manager to drive growth and build strategic relationships with top entertainment producers, venues and creators across Lithuania and internationally. You will shape the company’s market presence and ensure mutually valuable partnerships that expand Fever’s reach.

Key responsibilities

• Create and nurture deep business relationships with leading producers, creators, venues and key industry stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the market, scaling Fever’s presence with innovative approaches.
• Manage commercial strategies with large partners, ensuring value creation and sustainable long‑term collaborations.
• Balance and expand a large client base while maintaining high organizational standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver partner growth across Lithuania and beyond.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging entertainment trends and act as the internal expert on new experiences.

Required profile

• 4+ years of top‑tier consulting or equivalent experience, plus an additional 4+ years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech, sport, music or arts.
• Strong business development and partnership management capabilities.
• Self‑starter attitude able to thrive in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
• Data‑driven approach to prioritising tasks and business decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
